County Hall Pottery
Opened in May 2024, County Hall Pottery is an artist-run gallery on London’s Southbank dedicated to contemporary ceramics across fine art, design and craft. Having presented fifteen exhibitions, it has developed a programme that treats clay as a contemporary artistic medium while maintaining connections with its material histories, global traditions and place in everyday cultural life.
Its curatorial approach is attentive to context, audiences and artistic development. The gallery works with UK-based and international artists whose practices expand the language of ceramics through sculpture, installation, material research, functional forms and cross-disciplinary approaches. Through exhibitions, visibility, sales and engagement with collectors, it supports artists in developing their practices and reaching new audiences.
