Han Collection
Established in London in 2006, Han Collection presents Korean contemporary art and antiques to an international audience. Founded and directed by Jinsoo Park, the gallery develops carefully curated exhibitions that connect historical craftsmanship with contemporary artistic practice.
Based in Bloomsbury, Han Collection maintains a regular exhibition programme highlighting the richness and diversity of Korean art. It also participates in major international art fairs.
Jinsoo Park brings more than thirty years of experience in Korean antiques to the gallery. He holds a BA in Korean Painting from Dongguk University, with a focus on Buddhist art, a master’s degree from City University and a PhD in Museum Studies from University College London.
His professional background includes work as a curator in Korea and as a lecturer at Dongguk University. This combination of academic research, curatorial experience and specialist knowledge informs the gallery’s programme and approach to Korean art.
